Washable Silicone Sticky Roller

SK-WLA is a washable and reusable silicone sticky roller designed for removing loose dust, fibers and particulate contamination from compatible PCB, LCD, film, stainless-steel and other precision production surfaces.
The roller uses a tacky PDMS silicone surface rather than disposable peel-off adhesive film. Contamination can be transferred from the roller to a DCR pad during routine use, while deeper cleaning can be performed with clean water or mild soapy water according to the maintenance procedure.
SK-WLA is available in industrial widths from 4 to 24 inches, with a 22 mm roller diameter, 25–30 Shore A hardness, aluminum-alloy handle/frame construction and multiple tack options.

What Is a Washable Silicone Sticky Roller?
A washable silicone sticky roller is a reusable particle-removal tool with a tacky silicone surface.
As the roller moves across a compatible surface, loose dust, fibers and particles adhere to the silicone.
Unlike a disposable PE adhesive sticky roller, the contaminated silicone surface is not peeled away and discarded.
Instead, the roller can be refreshed by:
- Transferring collected contamination to a DCR pad
- Cleaning the silicone surface when deeper cleaning is required
- Drying the roller completely
- Reusing it for the next cleaning cycle
This makes SK-WLA suitable for applications where a reusable tacky roller is preferred over disposable adhesive-film rollers.
Instructions for using washable silicone sticky roller:
- When using silicone roller, please roll backward. (especially clean uneven products, such as PCB board) In this way, the service life of silicone adhesive can be prolonged, and the support can not be easily deformed and the screws can be prevented from loosening.
- Please clean the silicone sticky roller with clean water or soapy water, wipe it dry or air dry it naturally.
- Do not contact benzene and ester solvents (such as Tianna water, net washing water, phenanthrene water, ethyl acetate, etc.) during use. Once in contact, wipe it quickly with anhydrous alcohol and dry it with an air gun.
- After every 5000 times of use, if the viscosity drops significantly, clean it with clean water, wrap it with clean packaging film, and place it for 48 hours, the viscosity also rises.
- The service life of our silicone sticky roller is more than 10000 times.
- It is strictly prohibited to use benzene and ester solvents (such as Tianna water, net washing water, phenanthrene water, ethyl acetate, etc.) to clean the silicone adhesive. Such solvents will cause the silicone adhesive to expand, age, deform, and reduce the viscosity quickly.
- Please do not use silicone rubber wheels to clean the ground, wall and rough board surface: it is easy to scratch the silicone sticky roller.
- Please do not scratch the silicone with a sharp blade.

Maintenance and storage of washable sticky roller:
After use: please use the silicone sticky roller to roll back and forth on the sticky paper book several times to keep the silicone sticky roller clean.
Storage: please keep away from benzene solvents, inks and curing agents and put them in clean packaging.
When not in use: please avoid high temperature environment and direct sunlight.
