Carbon Fiber ESD PU Fingertip-Coated Gloves SK-401
SKU :
The SK-401 Carbon Fiber ESD PU Fingertip-Coated Gloves are reusable static-control gloves designed for precision handling of electronic components, PCBs and other ESD-sensitive assemblies.
The glove liner combines polyester with conductive carbon fiber, providing a conductive structure for static-control applications. White polyurethane (PU) coating is applied specifically to the fingertip contact areas, providing localized grip for small-component handling, inspection and precision assembly work.
SK-401 uses a 13-gauge seamless knit construction and an elastic knit wrist cuff for a flexible and secure glove configuration during routine production operations.
The specified surface resistance is 10⁶–10⁹ Ω.

What Are Carbon Fiber ESD Gloves?
Carbon fiber ESD gloves use conductive carbon fiber incorporated into the knitted glove structure to help control electrostatic charge during handling operations.
In SK-401, the liner combines polyester with conductive carbon fiber, while white PU coating is applied only to the fingertips.
The two elements perform different functions:
- Conductive carbon-fiber liner: provides the glove’s static-control structure.
- PU-coated fingertips: provide localized grip on the primary fingertip contact areas.
This combination is designed for ESD-sensitive manufacturing tasks where operators require both static control and precise handling of small components.
SK-401 vs SK-401A
SK-401 and SK-401A use a similar conductive carbon-fiber liner but differ in the area covered by the PU coating.
Choose SK-401 when coating is required primarily at the fingertips.
Choose SK-401A when broader palm-side coating is preferred for general component handling and assembly work.
