The SK-DKT01 High-Temperature ESD Polyimide Masking Dots & Shapes are precision die-cut masking products designed for PCB manufacturing, soldering, electronics processing and other applications requiring small-area high-temperature masking.
The masking pieces use a polyimide film backing with silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive and can be supplied as round dots, strips, rectangles and other custom die-cut shapes.
For static-sensitive manufacturing processes, the ESD version provides:
Surface Resistance: 10⁶–10⁹ Ω
Peeling Electrostatic Voltage: <50 V
A non-ESD version is also available for applications where static-control performance is not required.
Standard round masking dot diameters include 1 mm and 2 mm, with custom sizes and shapes available for OEM and production projects.

ESD vs Non-ESD Polyimide Masking Dots
ESD Version
The ESD version is designed for masking processes involving electrostatic-sensitive components or ESD-controlled manufacturing environments.
Surface Resistance: 10⁶–10⁹ Ω
Peeling Electrostatic Voltage: <50 V
These electrical specifications apply specifically to the ESD version.
Non-ESD Version
The non-ESD version uses the same general polyimide masking format but does not carry the specified electrical performance of the ESD version.
Choose the non-ESD version for general high-temperature masking applications where static-control performance is not required.
Precision Die-Cut Polyimide Masking
SK-DKT01 is supplied as pre-cut masking dots and shapes, rather than only as a conventional continuous tape roll.
This format is suitable for repetitive masking tasks where operators need small, defined masking areas.
