White Polyester ESD PU Fingertip-Coated Gloves SK-403
SKU :
The SK-403 White Polyester ESD PU Fingertip-Coated Gloves are reusable static-control gloves designed for precision handling of electronic components, PCBs and other ESD-sensitive assemblies.
The gloves use a 13-gauge seamless polyester knitted liner treated by dipping in an antistatic solution. White polyurethane (PU) coating is applied to the fingertips to provide localized grip on the primary contact areas while keeping most of the knitted glove uncoated.
An elastic knit wrist cuff helps keep the glove securely positioned during routine production and handling work.
The specified surface resistance is 10⁶–10⁹ Ω.

What Is an ESD PU Fingertip-Coated Glove?
An ESD PU fingertip-coated glove combines a static-control knitted liner with polyurethane coating applied only to the fingertip contact areas.
For SK-403, the polyester liner receives an antistatic solution dipping treatment, while white PU is applied to the fingertips.
The two features serve different purposes:
- The antistatic-treated polyester liner provides the glove’s static-control function.
- The PU-coated fingertips provide localized grip on the main fingertip contact areas.
This construction makes SK-403 suitable for ESD-sensitive handling tasks where operators require fingertip control without full palm coating.
Precision Component Handling
The fingertip-coated design makes SK-403 particularly suitable for applications involving repeated contact with small components.
The PU coating provides a defined contact surface at the fingertips while avoiding unnecessary coating across the entire palm.
Typical handling tasks may include:
- Small PCB components
- Connectors
- Sensors
- Electronic assemblies
- Inspection parts
- Precision tools
- Small mechanical-electronic components
