The SKESD desktop ESD tape dispenser is an anti-static tape dispensing and cutting tool designed for fixed workstations in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, ESD Protected Areas (EPA), laboratories and other static-controlled production environments.
Available with ESD PP or ESD ABS housing, the dispenser provides a specified surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω. Three desktop sizes — S, M and L — are available to support different workstation layouts and tape-handling requirements.
The dispenser features a serrated metal cutting blade and integrated tape-roll holder for convenient repetitive tape dispensing and cutting during assembly, inspection, labeling, packaging and other workstation tasks. The desktop model does not require an external ground cord for normal use.

Why Use a Desktop ESD Tape Dispenser?

In an ESD Protected Area, tools and workstation accessories positioned close to electrostatic-sensitive devices may need to be selected according to the facility’s ESD control program.
The SKESD desktop tape dispenser combines ordinary tape dispensing and cutting functions with an ESD PP or ESD ABS housing providing a specified surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω.
