10mm Stripe TC ESD Fabric – SKTC11
SKU :
SKTC11 is a 155 GSM woven TC ESD fabric made from 64% polyester, 35% cotton and 1% conductive carbon fiber. The conductive yarn is arranged in a 10mm stripe pattern within a plain-weave polyester-cotton construction, providing a specified surface resistivity of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω.
Designed primarily for ESD workwear, antistatic uniforms and industrial static-control garments, SKTC11 combines a polyester-cotton blended textile structure with conductive carbon yarn integrated into the fabric.
Compared with grid-pattern TC fabrics, SKTC11 provides a stripe-style conductive configuration and a heavier nominal fabric weight, giving garment manufacturers another option when selecting TC ESD material by pattern, weight and construction.
Standard and customized colors are available for bulk orders.

What Is 10mm Stripe TC ESD Fabric?
TC ESD fabric is a polyester-cotton blended textile with conductive yarn integrated into the fabric structure to help control electrostatic charge.
SKTC11 combines polyester, cotton and conductive carbon fiber in a plain-weave construction. The conductive carbon yarn is arranged in a repeating 10mm stripe pattern across the fabric.
When the fabric is incorporated into a properly designed ESD garment and used as part of an appropriate ESD control system, the conductive structure helps provide a path for electrostatic charge dissipation.
TC ESD Fabric for Antistatic Workwear
SKTC11 is primarily intended for manufacturing industrial ESD workwear and antistatic garments.
Typical applications include:
- ESD work jackets
- Antistatic uniforms
- ESD coats
- ESD trousers
- ESD coveralls
- Electronics factory workwear
- Industrial antistatic clothing
- Cleanroom workwear
- Pharmaceutical production garments
Typical working environments include electronics factories, manufacturing workshops, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories and other areas where electrostatic charge control is required.

SKTC11 vs. SKTC01 TC ESD Fabric
SKTC11 and SKTC01 are both polyester-cotton ESD fabrics, but they use different conductive patterns and fabric weights.
| Feature | SKTC11 | SKTC01 |
|---|---|---|
| Material | 64% Polyester + 35% Cotton + 1% Carbon Fiber | 64% Polyester + 34% Cotton + 2% Carbon Fiber |
| Conductive Pattern | 10mm Stripe | 5mm Grid |
| Fabric Construction | Plain Weave | Plain Weave |
| Fabric Weight | 155 GSM | 130 GSM |
| Surface Resistivity | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω |
| Recommended Cleanroom Class | ISO 8–9 | ISO 8–9 |
Both products have the same currently specified surface resistivity range, so selection should be based on the complete garment and textile requirements rather than carbon fiber percentage alone.
SKTC11 vs. Polyester Stripe ESD Fabric
SKTC11 can also be compared with SKS001, a polyester stripe ESD fabric.
| Feature | SKTC11 | SKS001 |
|---|---|---|
| Material | 64% Polyester + 35% Cotton + 1% Carbon Fiber | 99% Polyester + 1% Carbon Fiber |
| Cotton Content | 35% | None |
| Conductive Pattern | 10mm Stripe | 5mm Stripe |
| Fabric Construction | Plain Weave | Twill |
| Fabric Weight | 155 GSM | 110 GSM |
| Surface Resistivity | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω |
| Recommended Cleanroom Class | ISO 8–9 | ISO 5–9 |
SKTC11 is a polyester-cotton stripe ESD fabric, while SKS001 is a high-polyester stripe ESD fabric.

TC Stripe vs. TC Grid ESD Fabric
Stripe and grid patterns describe the arrangement of conductive yarn within the textile.
SKTC11 uses a 10mm stripe pattern, while SKTC01 uses a 5mm grid pattern.
These fabrics should not be treated as interchangeable simply because both are polyester-cotton ESD materials.
When selecting between them, consider:
- Conductive yarn pattern
- Fabric weight
- Garment construction
- Required electrical properties
- Cleanroom classification
- Fiber composition
- End-use environment
