ESD Stapler

SKU : SK-ST01

The SKESD ESD stapler is designed for document fastening in electrostatic protected areas, electronics manufacturing facilities, laboratories and other static-sensitive work environments.

Its housing is made from static-dissipative ABS with a specified surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁸ Ω, helping reduce electrostatic charge accumulation during routine document handling and stapling operations.

The stapler supports permanent stapling, temporary pinning and tacking. Its top-loading design holds up to 100 staples and allows quick staple replacement at ESD workstations.

Specification and Data

What Is an ESD Stapler?

An ESD stapler is a document fastening tool designed for use in electrostatic protected areas and static-sensitive work environments.

Unlike a conventional office stapler with a highly insulating plastic housing, this model uses static-dissipative ABS to help control electrostatic charge accumulation during handling. It is intended for documents, labels, work instructions and packaging paperwork used around sensitive electronic devices and assemblies.
