ESD Double-Clip File Folder
SKU :
The SKESD ESD Double-Clip File Folder is designed for organizing work instructions, inspection records, technical drawings and production documents in electrostatic protected areas.
The black folder cover is made from static-dissipative polypropylene with a specified surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω. Compared with conventional insulating plastic folders, the controlled-resistance material helps reduce uncontrolled electrostatic charge accumulation around sensitive electronic devices and assemblies.
Two durable metal clips hold documents securely on both sides of the folder, making frequently used production records easy to organize, review and replace at EPA workstations.
Key Features:
• Static-dissipative PP cover
• Specified surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω
• Dual metal document clips
• Black cover with printed ESD identification
• Suitable for production and inspection documents
• Compact format for EPA workstations
• Custom printing and bulk packaging available upon request

Conventional plastic folders may behave as uncontrolled insulators and accumulate electrostatic charge during handling, friction and material separation.
The SKESD double-clip file folder uses controlled-resistance polypropylene to help reduce charge accumulation when it is used according to the facility’s ESD control procedures.
The folder is intended to reduce the static risk associated with document organization products used near sensitive electronic components. It does not replace personnel grounding, ESD work surfaces, conductive flooring or other required EPA controls.
The ESD Double-Clip File Folder can be used for:
• Work instructions at EPA workstations
• Production process documents
• Quality-control records
• Inspection checklists
• Technical drawings and schematics
• Equipment maintenance records
• Standard operating procedures
• Training documents in electronics manufacturing areas
• Semiconductor and PCB assembly documentation
