This ESD anti-static disposable sticky mat uses peel-off PE film layers coated with a water-based acrylic adhesive. Surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, It is designed to capture dust and loose particles from footwear, casters and cart wheels at electronics-production, SMT and controlled-area entrances.
The mat is available with 30 or 60 numbered layers, multiple sizes, colors and tack levels. Surface-resistance test data, customized specifications, OEM packaging and samples are available upon request.
