SKPD01 is a 160 GSM knitted ESD fabric made from 94% polyester and 6% conductive carbon fiber. The conductive yarn is arranged in a 3mm rhombus pattern, creating an antistatic polyester fabric designed for ESD workwear and cleanroom garments.
With a specified surface resistivity of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, SKPD01 helps control electrostatic charge when used as part of an appropriate ESD control system. The knitted and tricot construction makes it suitable for manufacturing ESD garments used in electronics production, pharmaceutical facilities, cleanroom laboratories and other static-sensitive working environments.

What Is 3mm Rhombus Knitted ESD Fabric?
ESD fabric is designed with conductive fibers integrated into the textile structure to help manage electrostatic charge.
SKPD01 combines polyester filament yarn with carbon fiber in a 3mm rhombus conductive pattern. The conductive yarn provides a path for electrostatic charge to dissipate through the fabric when the garment is used correctly within an ESD control system.
Unlike ordinary polyester fabric, SKPD01 is specifically designed for applications where electrostatic charge needs to be controlled, including the manufacture of ESD workwear and cleanroom clothing.
The 3mm rhombus pattern also makes SKPD01 visually distinguishable from conventional grid and stripe ESD fabrics.
