This disposable sticky mat uses peel-off polyethylene film sheets coated with a water-based acrylic adhesive. It is designed to capture dust and loose particles from shoe soles, casters and cart wheels before they enter cleanrooms or controlled production areas.
Standard options include 30 or 60 numbered layers, multiple sizes, colors and tack levels. Custom specifications, packaging and logo printing are available for bulk orders.
This is the standard general-purpose disposable model in the SKESD sticky mat range. For applications requiring specified ESD surface resistance or antibacterial product properties, dedicated models are available.

What Is a Disposable Cleanroom Sticky Mat?
A disposable cleanroom sticky mat, also known as a peel-off sticky mat or cleanroom tacky mat, is a multi-layer adhesive floor mat installed at entrances and transition points.
Its purpose is to reduce the transfer of loose particles into controlled areas by capturing contamination from:
- Shoe soles
- Cleanroom footwear

Unlike washable mats, SK-ST uses disposable adhesive layers. When the top layer becomes contaminated, it is peeled away instead of being washed.
