2.5mm Rhombus Lightweight Knitted ESD Fabric – SKPD51

SKU : SKPD51

Designed for cleanroom garments, ESD workwear and antistatic clothing, SKPD51 uses a knitted and tricot construction and provides the lowest nominal fabric weight among the current SKPD rhombus-pattern ESD fabric models.

Its combination of 70 GSM fabric weight, 2.5mm conductive pattern and 9% carbon fiber composition makes SKPD51 a distinctive option for garment projects requiring a lightweight knitted ESD fabric construction.

Standard and customized colors are available for bulk orders.

What Is 2.5mm Rhombus Knitted ESD Fabric?

SKPD51 combines polyester yarn with conductive carbon fiber arranged in a 2.5mm rhombus configuration. The conductive yarn creates a network through the fabric that provides a path for electrostatic charge dissipation when the finished garment is used correctly as part of an appropriate ESD control system.

Unlike ordinary polyester textile, SKPD51 is specifically designed for static-control garment applications.

Its knitted and tricot construction distinguishes it from conventional woven ESD fabrics, while its 2.5mm rhombus configuration provides a compact conductive pattern across the fabric.

Lightweight ESD Fabric for Cleanroom Garments

SKPD51 is primarily designed for manufacturing lightweight ESD garments, cleanroom clothing and antistatic workwear.

Typical applications include:

  • Cleanroom garments
  • Lightweight ESD smocks
  • ESD jackets
  • Antistatic uniforms
  • ESD workwear
  • Electronics production clothing
  • Pharmaceutical production garments
  • Cleanroom laboratory clothing

Typical application environments include electronics manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical factories, cleanroom laboratories and other production areas where electrostatic charge control is required.
