SKESD SK-V1 is a one-person straight-through cleanroom air shower designed for personnel entry into cleanrooms, laboratories, electronics workshops, pharmaceutical areas, food processing plants and controlled environments. The unit uses high-velocity clean airflow, HEPA filtration, adjustable nozzles and electronic door interlock control to help remove loose particles from garments before personnel enter the clean area.

Straight-Through Air Shower Design
A straight-through air shower allows personnel to enter from one side and exit from the opposite side, making it suitable for cleanroom entrances with a clear forward-flow traffic route. Compared with corner or U-shaped layouts, a straight-through design is easier to integrate into standard cleanroom entry passages and gowning room layouts.
Automatic Sliding Door and Electronic Interlock
SK-V1 uses an automatic sliding door system with optional head sensor. The electronic interlock system prevents both doors from opening at the same time, helping maintain cleanroom pressure control and reduce uncontrolled particle transfer between clean and non-clean areas.
Nozzle Layout, Wind Speed and Adjustable Shower Time
SK-V1 is equipped with 12 nozzles with 36mm nozzle diameter. The air shower time can be adjusted from 0 to 99 seconds according to cleanroom entry procedures.
