SKESD supplies ESD SMT magazine racks for PCB storage, buffering, transfer and production-line handling in SMT assembly, electronics manufacturing and ESD Protected Areas.
Our SMT magazine rack range is organized into three main construction types:
- Plastic-Body SMT Magazine Racks with Metal Reinforcement
- Metal-Frame SMT Magazine Racks with ESD Plastic Side Panels
- Aluminium Alloy SMT Magazine Racks with Metal Bases
Each structure is designed for different requirements in weight, rigidity, heat resistance and electrical performance.
The ESD Plastic + Steel models provide a specified surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω and heat resistance up to 80°C, while the Aluminium Alloy + Metal models provide a specified surface resistance of 10³–10⁵ Ω and heat resistance up to 300°C.
Standard models provide a nominal capacity of 50 PCBs per magazine, with multiple rack sizes and PCB size ranges available.
Custom dimensions, slot quantity and PCB spacing can also be supplied according to production requirements.
