ESD Garments & Anti-Static Workwear
SKESD supplies ESD garments and anti-static workwear for personnel working in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, semiconductor production and other ESD-controlled environments.
Our garment range includes cotton ESD polo shirts, polyester and TC-fabric ESD smocks, hooded one-piece ESD coveralls and two-piece ESD work suits.
Available fabric configurations include cotton-rich conductive fabric, polyester conductive fabric and polyester-cotton conductive blends. Multiple colors, sizes, company logo embroidery and OEM/ODM production are available for industrial workwear programs.
Whether you require lightweight upper-body workwear, a long-sleeve ESD smock, full-body coverall or separate jacket-and-trousers uniform, SKESD can help you select the appropriate garment configuration for your project.
Types of ESD Garments
ESD Polo Shirts
ESD polo shirts provide a lighter workwear configuration compared with long-sleeve smocks and coveralls.
The SK200 uses a cotton-rich conductive fabric and is designed as a short-sleeve polo shirt. A T-shirt style using the same conductive cotton fabric is also available for customized production.
ESD Smocks
ESD smocks are upper-body static-control garments commonly used in electronics production, PCB assembly, testing and component handling.
SKESD offers different smock fabric configurations, including:
- Polyester conductive fabric
- Polyester-cotton TC conductive fabric
- Stripe conductive patterns
- Grid conductive patterns
ESD Coveralls
ESD coveralls provide more extensive garment coverage than a conventional smock.
The SK201 is a one-piece full-body configuration combining a hood, upper body, sleeves and trouser section in a single garment.
Two-Piece ESD Work Suits
Two-piece ESD work suits use separate upper and lower garments.
This configuration is suitable for companies that prefer a conventional jacket-and-trousers factory uniform instead of a one-piece coverall.
Applications of ESD Garments
SKESD ESD garments are designed for personnel working in static-sensitive production and handling environments, including:
- Electronics manufacturing
- PCB manufacturing
- PCB assembly
- SMT production
- Semiconductor manufacturing work areas
- Electronic component handling
- Electronics testing
- Quality inspection
- Precision assembly
- ESD Protected Areas (EPA)
- Electronic equipment manufacturing
- Controlled laboratory work areas
- Other ESD-controlled industrial environments
Garment selection should be based on the technical requirements and ESD control procedures of the individual workplace.
How to Choose the Right ESD Garment
Different work environments require different levels of garment coverage, fabric construction and workwear style.
Use the following comparison as a starting point when selecting an ESD garment.
| Product | Garment Type | Main Fabric | Coverage | Main Selection Logic |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SK200 | ESD Polo Shirt | 96% Cotton + 4% Carbon Fiber | Upper Body | Lightweight cotton-rich ESD workwear |
| SK201 | Hooded ESD Coverall | Polyester-Based Conductive Fabric | Full Body | One-piece hooded full-body coverage |
| SK202 | ESD Smock | 98% Polyester + 2% Carbon Fiber | Upper Body | Polyester ESD smock |
| SK202A | TC ESD Smock | Polyester + Cotton + Carbon Fiber | Upper Body | TC blended-fabric ESD smock |
| SK203 | Two-Piece ESD Work Suit | Conductive ESD Fabric | Full Body / Two Piece | Separate jacket and trousers |
