ESD fabrics incorporate conductive or dissipative yarns designed to help control electrostatic charge buildup and support charge dissipation when used as part of an appropriate ESD control system. This type of fabric is crucial in environments where static discharge can cause damage to sensitive electronic components, lead to data loss, or even create safety hazards like explosions in flammable environments. ESD fabrics can be woven or knitted with conductive yarns integrated into the textile structure. These fibers provide a path for static electricity to move through the fabric and dissipate safely, rather than building up on the surface. The fabric is designed to have low surface resistance, allowing static charges to flow through it easily and neutralize without causing any damage or disruption.
We manufacture a wide range of ESD fabrics, including polyester, TC, CVC and cotton-based materials. Conductive yarn ratios, grid spacing, fabric weight and color can be customized for different cleanroom and industrial applications. We have fabric of carbon % from 1 to 9. these are used to make ESD garments. These are very soft and comfortable to wear.
