SKZ01 is a powered automatic shoe cover dispenser designed for compatible disposable shoe cover refills at cleanroom entrances, laboratories, controlled production areas and other designated access points.
The machine operates at 220 V with a rated power of 100 W and supports compatible PE, CPE and PP shoe cover refill configurations.
Loading capacity varies according to refill material, with current capacities of up to 100 PE covers, 80 CPE covers or 50 PP covers.

What Is the SKZ01 Automatic Shoe Cover Dispenser?
SKZ01 is a reusable powered machine designed to assist the automatic application of compatible disposable shoe covers.
The system consists of two separate elements:

How SKZ01 Works
SKZ01 uses a powered dispensing mechanism to apply compatible disposable shoe covers.
A typical operating sequence is:
- Load the compatible shoe cover refills into SKZ01.
- Position the refills according to the supplied operating instructions.
- Connect the machine to the correct power supply.
- Place one foot into the operating area.
- Activate the dispensing process.
- Allow the machine to apply the compatible shoe cover.
- Remove the covered foot.
- Repeat for the second foot.
