7mm Rhombus Knitted ESD Polyester Fabric – SKPD11
SKU :
SKPD11 is a 125 GSM knitted ESD fabric made from 95.5% polyester and 4.5% conductive carbon fiber. The conductive yarn is arranged in a distinctive 7mm rhombus pattern, providing a specified surface resistivity of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω for static-control garment applications.
Designed for manufacturing ESD workwear and cleanroom garments, SKPD11 combines a knitted and tricot construction with a lower nominal fabric weight than heavier options in the SKPD series. It is suitable for electronics production, pharmaceutical facilities, cleanroom laboratories and other working environments where electrostatic charge control is required.

What Is 7mm Rhombus Knitted ESD Fabric?
ESD fabric incorporates conductive fibers into the textile structure to help dissipate electrostatic charge.
SKPD11 combines polyester yarn with conductive carbon fiber arranged in a 7mm rhombus configuration. The conductive network provides a path for static charge dissipation when the fabric is used correctly as part of an appropriate ESD control system.
Unlike ordinary polyester textile, SKPD11 is designed specifically for antistatic and ESD garment applications. Its knitted and tricot construction also distinguishes it from conventional woven grid or stripe ESD fabrics.
The 7mm rhombus conductive pattern gives SKPD11 a clearly identifiable appearance and provides garment manufacturers with another construction option when selecting ESD fabric by weight, pattern and carbon-fiber configuration.
Applications
SKPD11 is designed primarily for manufacturing ESD garments, cleanroom clothing and antistatic workwear.
Typical applications include:
- ESD smocks
- ESD jackets
- Antistatic uniforms
- Cleanroom garments
- ESD workwear
- Electronics production clothing
- Pharmaceutical production garments
- Cleanroom laboratory clothing
Typical working environments include electronics manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical factories, cleanroom laboratories and other static-sensitive production areas.

SKPD11 vs. Other Knitted ESD Fabrics
SKESD offers several knitted rhombus-pattern ESD fabrics with different carbon fiber ratios, conductive patterns and fabric weights.
| Model | Material | Carbon Pattern | Weight | Surface Resistivity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SKPD01 | 94% Polyester + 6% Carbon Fiber | 3mm Rhombus | 160 GSM | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω |
| SKPD11 | 95.5% Polyester + 4.5% Carbon Fiber | 7mm Rhombus | 125 GSM | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω |
| SKPD21 | 97% Polyester + 3% Carbon Fiber | 5mm Rhombus | 150 GSM | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω |
| SKPD51 | 91% Polyester + 9% Carbon Fiber | 2.5mm Rhombus | 70 GSM | 10⁶–10⁹ Ω |
